Mission
Bay
Area Youth Summit (BAYS) aims to bridge disenfranchised and
underrepresented youth sub-communities that identify as LGBTQ. An
incorporated 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, BAYS seeks to foster a
safe social forum to promote constructive conversations that serve to
generate greater awareness and acceptance among youth of all
orientations and identities. As the only completely youth-led LGBTQ
organization in the world, BAYS seeks to motivate LGBTQ and allied youth
to come together and make a positive impact in their communities. By
doing so, BAYS serves as a medium through which these youth voices are
heard.
